This whole website is a scam. Whether you download it or send it to your phone, it doesn't work. Every song just takes you to different links. You put in your number and it takes you to a different site which doesn't even have the song. If you want to download it, it just takes you to a screen so you can listen to it. You can't download anything or send anything to your phone on this site.
